Ante – Natal Classes

All aspects of pregnancy, labour and caring for a newborn baby are covered with the aim that the choices you make for you and your baby ensure a wonderful birth experience.

My post-natal clinic offers you continued support for the first two years of your baby’s life.

The course is structured as follows:

Classes are once a week for 6 weeks. Lessons 1, 3, 4 and 6 are attended by both parents-to-be. Lessons are from 18h00 – 20h00/20h30. The ante-natal classes are held at The Hillcrest Private Hospital lecture room, 1st Floor. The cost of the course is R1950,00 for both you and your partner.
