Sr. Bronwyn Morrissey  

I started my career in nursing at Greys Hospital in 1988. I qualified in the areas of General nursing, Psychiatry, Community Health, and Midwifery.

I started my career in the Neonatal ICU units in 1998. I fell in love with neonatology. I have worked in the area of Neonatology for 24 years, during which time I did the Neonatal ICU course and passed with Distinctions, and was Cum Laude for my academic year.

I am passionate about newborns and the holistic care of the family unit.

I enjoy educating and supporting of couples in the birth and care of their new-born babies with our Antenatal classes.

All aspects of pregnancy, labour and caring for a newborn baby are covered with the aim that the choices you make for you and your baby will ensure a wonderful birth experience.

Being a wife and mother to four beautiful children, ranging from 10 years to 29 years, I fully understand the demands, the challenges, and the joys of family life.

On a personal side, I love running and doing Hikes.

I look forward to being part of your exciting journey through motherhood. I hope in some way I may leave a small footprint in your life and that of your little ones progress.
